Pitshanger team update

Good evening and welcome to Met engage

With the first week of Met engage in Ealing coming to a close, I thought I would provide a quick snapshot into some of the Pitshanger safer neighbourhood teams activity this week.

This week marked neighbourhood policing week. PC Cooper and PCSO Briden were out on patrol. We conducted two nursery visits, providing an input on Stranger Danger and How to call emergency services, along with providing stickers, colouring tasks and the chance to try on various pieces of Police uniform.

Additionally, the week has seen frequent patrols to locations across the ward as a result of reported Anti-social behaviour, the progressing of a dog bite incident, dealing with a suspected uninsured driver and finally some ward engagement at ‘Coffee with a Copper’ in Pitshanger parks, Café Berry. 

In this coming week, whilst on patrol we will be doing some door knocks to promote met engage.
